Everybody loves dinosaurs and Christmas. Especially me! So I can’t wait to share my latest picture book, which begins:
T’was the night before Christmas in dinosaur land,
Tyrannoclaus hurried, his helpers at hand…
This picture book imagines a busy prehistoric holiday. Gifts for the dinosaur girls and boys are created at Tyrannoclaus’ workshop, which just happens to be tucked in a sleeping volcano crater. Things get very interesting when the volcano erupts on Christmas Eve.
Will the dinosaur boys and girls get their presents? What do you think? You’ll have to wait a bit to find out. Tyrannoclaus will be released by HarperCollins in the fall of 2009.
